Recovery Workforce Training Program (RWTP) LA Health Careers - photo of nurse
RWTP is changing the way we go about Workforce Development to affect the long term sustainability of existing programs as well as encourage the development of new ones in the future. Louisiana is facing shortages of health care professionals, particularly in rural and inner-city areas. Healthcare offers an array of high paying career options that continue to expand everyday.
It is important to recognize this relationship-as our citizens succeed, so does our state and as they fail so does our state. We must see that Louisiana's children and adults are informed and have the means to achieve successful and happy lives... Jack Siekkinen, Chairman
